How can we live a purposeful and passionate life?
How can we find joy and satisfaction particularly during tough times and seasons of change?
How can be faithful to God in a world that seems increasingly hostile?
These questions are at the heart of why this podcast is entering a new chapter.
My vision for this podcast has grown as God has impressed upon my heart to remind Christians of their heavenly citizenship and challenge them to live lives worthy of their calling. When I first started the Far from Home podcast, I wanted to encourage Christians to think biblically about immigration and immigrants. I’m not doing away with this goal, but I hope to address many other themes about our faith not just our attitude toward immigrants.
Through this podcast I want to inspire us to set your mind on things above and hold loosely to the things of the earth. Adopting an eternal perspective can radically transform our priorities, our relationships, and the way in which we engage our culture. An eternal perspective can strengthen us and give us hope during adversity.
The vision has expanded and the cover image has changed a little. But everything else remains the same. I will continue to publish episodes every other Tuesday. You don’t have to change anything from your end. Subscribe to the podcast so you can be notified when a new episode is published.
