In this episode, I spoke with a retired educator and the founder of the non-profit, A Good CUP International, Inc., Elizabeth Nandakumar. Born and raised in Kolkata, India, Liz moved to the U.S. in the 1980’s with her husband, Samuel Nandakumar. This is part one of her immigrant story. Liz shares how she experienced God’s provision and help in practical ways when she was new to the U.S., navigating student life, parenthood, and cultural adjustments.
